Service Description
India is a very diverse country and the methods of food preparation vary from state to state. The only thing that is common to the Indian culinary world is the use of spices! In the first class we will explore the world of Indian spices, their flavors, their health benefits and their many uses. We will learn different ways to use grains, beans, legumes and vegetables. We will make popular restaurant style dishes with a wholesome touch! We will make chana masala, vegetable pulao, one side dish using seasonal vegetables and one Indian flat bread.
