Best of all, you can make big batches and meal prep for lunch or dinner!  In this class we are going to make three different Buddha Bowls: A baked falafel Mediterranean bowl, an Asian-inspired tofu and sweet potato bowl, an Indian inspired paneer bowl with saffron infused rice ,whole legumes and veggies,
